The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable with big fluffy pillows, but they got hot and humid in the middle of the night. The service was pleasant and friendly, but the dining options were disappointing with items tasting days old. The location was convenient to nearby stores and University Drive, but the dining options were limited to bagels and juices. The facilities needed maintenance, with loose boards in the gazebo. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel room was not ready, with a jacuzzi tub that smelled like mildew and smoke; I believe for the amount we paid, we should have gotten a bigger room. The service was lovely; the staff loved to the Cinnabon's and were very polite and friendly, even asking me how my exam went. The location was not the scare I needed when traveling for work, but it was very clean with a pretty comfortable bed, and it's close to TJC. The dining experience was subpar, with not fresh items, a falling apart gazebo, and no cinnamon rolls despite being advertised. The facilities were basic.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the convenient location for my work trip and the clean rooms. The breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, a good value for the money.
